About this Event
Join illustrator and printmaker Abbie Mooney for an introduction to the art of bookbinding to create your very own notebooks.
In this workshop, you will learn through 3 core bookbinding styles using traditional techniques. You will be guided step-by-step through pamphlet stitch, concertina and Japanese Stab binding, with plenty of time to develop your skills in a small group.
You will leave the workshop with three handmade notebooks and a helpful guide to keep you going at home.
Please note that we will take a short lunch break of approximately 20 minutes at 12:30 PM. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, head off-site, or enjoy a 10% discount at our coffee shop.

We are able to provide credit / transfer onto another course or workshop if there is two or more weeks’ notice.
Within a two-week period, under no circumstances can we transfer you onto another event. We have incurred material costs & committed numbers to the tutor.
