Into the Wild is Sophie Barbarics’ live‑music dance jam series—a welcoming space to move big, experiment, and let your body tell its own story.
Each session begins with a short, guided warm-up to arrive in your body and the room, followed by a structured improvised jam shaped by bold themes and live, pulsing music. You’ll get simple, clear prompts that invite you to explore solo, in duos, and as a group—no fixed choreography, no performance pressure, just an open field for play, depth, and release.
Into the Wild is for curious movers of all backgrounds who want to reconnect with their bodies, try something fresh, and feel part of a temporary little tribe. You are always free to rest, watch, or rejoin; consent, care, and clarity are at the heart of how we move together.
Come as you are—bring comfortable clothes, water, and your own wildness.
Your movement, your story, your rhythm: that’s what fills the space.
