Into the ShadowsA Ritual Sound Bath for Reclaiming the Hidden Self
There are parts of ourselves we learn to hide.
The anger we swallowed… The voice we softened… The desires we pushed aside… The parts of us that were labelled too much, too sensitive, too loud, too difficult, too wild.
Shadow work is the practice of gently exploring those hidden or rejected parts of ourselves, not to judge them, fix them or get rid of them, but to understand what they may be trying to protect, express or teach us.
Sometimes the parts we pushed away are carrying exactly the things we now need more of, stronger boundaries, confidence, truth, sensuality, ambition, creativity, courage, or the ability to say no.
Into the Shadows is an invitation to meet those parts with curiosity and compassion, and to begin reclaiming what was always yours.
The evening will be facilitated by Marie Boyns, certified Shadow Work Coach and author of Shadow Alchemy, with Sarah Swanson Hypnotherapist leading the guided meditation.
Expect a dark, atmospheric evening of ritual, sound, reflection and reclamation, designed to help you explore what you are ready to release and what you are ready to call back home.
There will be smoke, deep sound, shadow-focused meditation, ritual and a little delicious darkness. 🖤
No previous experience of shadow work, meditation or sound baths is needed. Everything will be gently guided.
