A Halloween Night of Yoga, Tarot, Moon Magic, Shadows & Dark Desires
Step into the mysterious space between Halloween and the Full Moon - an evening devoted to exploring what lives beneath the surface.
A little dark. A little magical. A little wild.
And it all begins in the body.
INTO THE BODY
The evening opens with a special Halloween Yoga: Into the Shadows practice - a journey through movement, breath, music and darkness.
We’ll move away from the familiar and the controlled, allowing the body to become a doorway into instinct, intuition and the parts of ourselves that don’t always get a voice.
Expect a slightly darker, more playful practice than your usual yoga class - atmospheric, sensual, a little wild and unmistakably Halloween.
Move. Breathe. Let go of control.
And see what emerges when you step into the shadows.
The yoga class can be attended separately with MultiSport, Medicover Sport or a regular Joga Centrum pass.
And for those who want to go deeper, the journey continues…
INTO THE SHADOWS
Moon Tarot: Dark Desires is an immersive Halloween workshop combining tarot, moon ritual, meditation and intuitive collage - with a touch of ancestral symbolism woven into the evening.
Under the light of the Full Moon, we’ll turn our attention toward desire - not only what we openly want, but also the things we secretly long for, the impulses we suppress and the parts of ourselves we don’t always allow the world to see.
What do I truly desire?
What part of myself wants more space?
What do I secretly crave, create, become or receive?
Who might I be if I stopped asking for permission?
We’ll begin by drawing a tarot card as our personal guide for the evening, then journey inward through a moon-inspired meditation and ritual.
We’ll also create a symbolic connection with those who came before us, reflecting on the stories, patterns and desires that may echo through generations.
And then…
we enter the shadows.
There is the version of ourselves that the world gets to see.
And then there is everything else.
The sensual one.
The wild one.
The selfish one.
The powerful one.
The ridiculous one.
The one who wants too much.
The one who refuses to make herself smaller.
What hidden desires are waiting to be seen?
What parts of yourself have you kept in the dark?
What would you allow yourself to want if nobody were watching?
ALTER EGO: DARK DESIRES PORTRAIT
Using our tarot card as a starting point, we’ll create a surreal, intuitive portrait of the self we don’t normally show.
Through images, symbols, textures, words and fragments of our imagination, we’ll give our alter ego a face.
No artistic experience is needed. This isn’t about making something beautiful or getting it “right.” It’s about intuition, play and curiosity - allowing the unconscious to speak through creativity.
A glowing Halloween pumpkin will become our little ancestral beacon - a light in the darkness and a reminder that entering the shadows doesn’t mean becoming them.
Sometimes it simply means becoming curious about what we have left there.
Expect an evening filled with movement, tarot, moon magic, meditation, ancestral whispers, creative play, a little mischief and a touch of beautiful darkness.
And because it’s Halloween…
🖤 Come dressed as your darkest, strangest, most mysterious self.
Bring your alter ego, your shadow character, your witchy side - or simply wear whatever makes you feel a little more magical.
Come curious.
Come playful.
Come ready to meet the parts of yourself that don’t usually get invited out.
Move your body.
Draw a card.
Follow the moon.
Enter the shadows.
Meet the self you usually keep hidden.
