About this Event
What do you want? And what's the gap between that and where you actually are?
That's where we're starting.
Most men in Tucson are doing their best. Showing up, working hard, holding it together. But somewhere along the way we inherited broken samples of what it means to be a man. Systems that left out the hard stuff. Nobody showed us how to sit with pain, how to communicate what's actually going on, or how to lead from a place of wholeness instead of survival. And a man who ignores his pain is a man enslaved by it.
Into the Fire is back. And this time we're going deeper.
This is not a lecture and it's not a support group. It's a morning of movement, honest conversation, and real connection with other men in this city who are asking the same questions you are. The first gathering, every man in the room was ALL-IN. We're running that back.
This round we're building on something specific: How do we challenge one another toward greater integrity as men with integrity and love? How do we call each other in without tearing each other down? How do we become the kind of men other men can actually come to?
What you'll leave with:
You'll walk out with more clarity on what you want and what's been blocking it.
You'll have real tools for having hard conversations, receiving accountability, and leading with more integrity at home and in your community.
You'll leave with an accountability partner and one courageous conversation you've committed to having before we gather again. And you'll have men in your corner who genuinely saw you show up.
More men showing up honestly means more safety in Tucson. More integrity in our homes. A better example for the generation coming up behind us.

Info: We open with movement, breathwork, and a grounding check-in. This hour is about arriving fully. Phone down, walls down, present. We'll set community agreements together and start building the trust the rest of the morning runs on.

Info: Each host brings a teaching. We'll cover what it means to lead in your community, how your energy and values shape the men around you, the tools for hard conversations, and what it looks like to genuinely model accountability. Small group discussion follows, you'll share real stories and build out best practices together.

Info: This is where it gets real. Partner exercises, live scenarios, and role play designed to build actual skill, not just awareness. We practice giving hard feedback, receiving it, and repairing after conflict. You'll leave this block with confidence you didn't walk in with.
