As autumn deepens and the nights grow longer, we invite you to turn inward for an evening of stillness, exploration, and immersive sound.
Following their sold-out Return to the Earth experience, Tracy Astorino and Jason Horacek return to Una for another extraordinary journey through meditation and sound.
Through gentle guided meditation and the powerful vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, didgeridoo, and other beautiful instruments, we’ll explore what happens when we allow ourselves to simply be present.
To notice the breath moving through the body. To feel the vibrations of sound. To welcome the sensations, thoughts, and emotions that arise without needing to name them, change them, or make sense of them.
There is nothing to achieve, nothing to fix, and nowhere else you need to be.
Just an opportunity to slow down, soften the edges of the outside world, and reconnect with yourself.
