Throughout the day, we'll gently shift from the thinking mind into the wisdom of the body. There will be space to breathe more deeply, release tension, awaken your senses, move with greater freedom, and simply be - without expectations or performance.
This event is held in a beautiful light-filled venue surrounded by nature in Siala - 1h outside Copenhagen.
Whether you're completely new to this work or already exploring embodiment, this immersion is created to meet you exactly where you are. Come on your own or with a friend, and leave with a calmer nervous system, renewed energy, and a deeper sense of aliveness.

With more than 8 years of experience working with groups and 1:1 clients in the fields of embodiment, trauma integration, nervous system regulation and purpose work, she is devoted to creating spaces that invite people to pause the buzz of the mind, truly inhabit their bodies, express authentically, and become present with is alive in the moment.
Her work is rooted in the belief that when we slow down enough to listen, the body holds an innate intelligence that can guide us towards greater aliveness, authenticity, connection & healing.
