About this Event
An experiential evening inspired by Skydancing Tantra
What happens when we slow down enough to truly feel ourselves — and meet another person from that place?
Join us for an intimate, experiential evening exploring embodiment, connection, boundaries, desire, and consent, inspired by principles and practices from Skydancing Tantra.
Rather than approaching intimacy as something we need to achieve or perform, we’ll explore what becomes possible when we begin with presence: noticing sensation, listening to the body, recognizing an authentic yes or no, and learning to communicate what we actually want.
Through guided embodiment practices, movement, self-inquiry, and relational exercises, we’ll explore how greater awareness of our bodies can support more honest and nourishing connection.
During the evening, we’ll explore:
• Coming home to the body through breath, movement, and sensation
• Recognizing your embodied yes and your no
• Asking for what you want without expectation
• Giving and receiving with awareness
• Boundaries as a pathway to trust and connection
• The difference between habitual responses and authentic choice
• Presence, pleasure, and curiosity as resources for intimacy
• Meeting another person while staying connected to yourself
Practices may include individual exercises, partnered exercises, movement, verbal communication, and consensual non-sexual touch.
Consent is at the heart of the evening
Everything offered is an invitation, never an obligation.
You are always welcome to participate, modify an exercise, choose another way to engage, or simply observe. Saying “no” is considered just as valuable a practice as saying “yes.”
You do not need to come with a partner, and you will never be required to touch or be touched by another person.
This is an experiential educational workshop exploring intimacy and embodied connection. There is no nudity or sexual activity.
Who is this for?
This evening is for adults who are curious about creating deeper, more authentic relationships with themselves and others.
You might come because you want to feel more at home in your body, become clearer about your boundaries and desires, deepen your capacity for intimacy, or simply explore a different way of relating.
No previous experience with Tantra, embodiment practices, or partner work is necessary.
Come as you are — curious, imperfect, and willing to listen to what your body has to say.
