The session opens with four 15-minute technical talks covering the full lifecycle of a job request: an operator's perspective on scoping the work, water shut-off strategies with a focus on NSTA/RWOT, perforating and logging techniques, and downhole safety valve (DHSV) considerations, closing with a quick-fire look at intervention results. The second half shifts focus to you and your career, with three industry professionals sharing 5-minute snapshots of their own career journeys, followed by a 15-minute open panel where you can ask the questions that matter most to your own path forward.
