About the space and Interplay:
Clothing Matters is a place of positive, high frequency for diverse & discerning people to improve personal, social, and ecological wellbeing.
Dedicated to providing non-toxic, ethically sourced wearables since 1996, it grew out of a career committed to the same respect for life, facilitating exploration and discovery of ourselves as part of Nature: Interplay is an organic, adaptive methodology that elicits authentic brilliance, to see and celebrate who & what we are. Design and language are used to explore interdependence, diversity, partnership, the flow of energy/information, and caring/carrying capacity.
Clothing Matters is finally set up to host Interplay for groups of 4 to 8 participants in our salon space.

River Noel/Alexa Magsoudi’s Bio:
Dance has been a soulful companion throughout my life. I first discovered ecstatic dance in the Red Woods of California in 2019 and became inspired to share this embodied, community driven and holistic practice. It has been a gift to host and co-create events in Lansing, Grand Rapids and Traverse City, Michigan, along with British Columbia, Canada. Ecstatic dance offers organic body movement, feeling waves of e-motions and connecting in a space that is supportive and liberating. Dance feels like home and sharing it is a calling and return to love.
