About this Event
The 10th International Junior Academic Competition (IJAC) is a global academic event dedicated to fostering young researchers and emerging scholars across disciplines including management and economics, creative arts, and science for humanity. Organized under an international talent development initiative aligned with the values of global cooperation and sustainable development, IJAC provides a platform for junior participants to present original research, exchange ideas, and engage in interdisciplinary academic dialogue.
Jointly hosted by the International Academic Association P&GBA in conjunction with the World Conference on Business and Management (WCBM), this edition focuses on the evolving relationship between artificial intelligence, industry transformation, and human-centered development. The competition encourages critical thinking, innovation, and responsible knowledge creation in response to contemporary global challenges.
Participants are invited to submit research papers, research notes, and scholarly reviews, gaining international presentation experience while connecting with academics, reviewers, and peers from around the world.
