About this Event
We are the OFFICIAL hosts of the Central Florida chapter of Animal Flow and we are so excited to bring the International Animal Flow Day Jam to one of our incredible beaches! Come practice the flow ahead of time in our of our classes to prep yourself for the big day!
This is a free event but we do ask you bring a food dish or yummy drink to share!
Registration is preferred but not required!
This event is for intermediate and advanced flowists - not a beginner friendly event however you are welcome to come watch!
When: Saturday, August 22nd | 6pm to Sunset
Location: Meet at Sunset Beach Pavilion - 8000 W Gulf Blvd, Treasure Island. Do not show up to the building we will not be there
What to bring: Workout clothes or bathing suit to flow in, water bottle, towel, a dish or drink to share and a smile!
What to Expect: A thorough warm up to lead us right into a few rounds of practicing the flow, then we will record it towards the end to submit to the Animal Flow.
Rain Plan: If the weather says its going to rain then we will meet at St. Pete Calisthenics and host this in our main studio.
*As a private membership based club, St. Pete Calisthenics reserves the right to revoke or refuse adimssion, registration, or participation in any event at its sole discretion. If admission is declined, any event fees paid will be refunded to the orginial payment method.
