About this Event
Take your sushi-making skills to the next level!
In this intermediate hands-on class, you’ll learn inside-out (California-style) rolls, improved rolling techniques, and simple presentation skills to make your sushi look clean and beautiful.
Enjoy your handmade sushi at the end of class — a full, satisfying meal. All tools and ingredients are provided.
Each participant receives a gift bag with a bamboo sushi mat and a small surprise.
MENU
Inside-Out Roll, Creative Roll (Triangle Cut), Decorative Finishing
Ingredients: Sushi rice, seaweed sheets, pickled vegetables, imitation crab, cucumber, egg, beets, canned tuna salad, cream cheese, sesame seeds, and sauces (soy sauce, wasabi, mayonnaise, or other sauce).
