Join us for an engaging and hands-on Intermediate/Beginner Crochet Workshop at Ed's Mercantile! This workshop will give you the skills you need to crochet in a circle as we make a granny square.
Granny Square
Date: Thursday, January 29th, 2026 (Offered the forth Thursday of each month)
Time: 5:00-6:45PM
Learn how to make the iconic granny square and turn it into a coaster, a cristmas tree ornament, or create more squares after class and turn it into a bag. In this class we will learn how to make a magic ring and you will be able to look through the granny square book to get inspirtion for more advanced granny square projects you can learn later.
Materials:
It is reccommended that you purchase a set of hooks with different sizes (3mm-6mm). Yarn and hooks will be avaiable to purchase at the workshop, or you can bring your own. Message us if you have any questions.
