What if story time happened all around you?
Moonbeam Storyhouse invites children and their caregivers into a small live story world built around imagination rather than screens.
During the morning, families meet original Moonbeam characters, help solve simple story challenges, move through imaginative scenes, create a story prop together, and finish with a relaxed reading and reflection circle.
The experience is designed for children ages 3–8.
No tablets, projections, video screens, or digital games are required for participation.
Parents and caregivers remain part of the experience from beginning to end.
The Story
The inaugural Moonbeam adventure may follow an original story such as:
The Lantern That Lost Its Glow
A small lantern has forgotten the three things it needs to shine.
Families travel through three imaginary places to help recover them:
THE WHISPERING WOODS: Listen closely and discover a hidden sound.
THE WINDING PATH: Move, balance, and solve a simple physical challenge.
THE MOONBEAM WORKSHOP: Create something that helps complete the story.
The final script, characters, music, artwork, and props must be original, licensed, or clearly authorized for public performance.
The event should not use recognizable copyrighted children's characters, book illustrations, songs, costumes, or story adaptations without appropriate rights.
