Have you been curious about Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls, how they work and how to play them? Come and explore!
This is a hands on workshop, where you get to explore and learn how play the Crystal Quartz Sound Bowls along with other Sound Healing instruments including the Gong, Himalayan Sound Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Seed Shells, Tingsha, and more.
Learn about the benefits of Sound Therapy, the vibrations, frequencies, how they align with our Chakras, and how you can incorporate them in your meditation. Then we will end this workshop with a collective Sound Bath.
No experience is necessary.
And if you have a bowl or any other instrument you'd like to bring, come and join in on this Sound Therapy Experience!
