At LOVEHER, we blend goal-setting with fitness in a way that empowers and energizes. Our event begins with a focused intention-setting session where you'll have the opportunity to reflect on your personal and fitness goals for the upcoming month. Whether you’re aiming for personal growth, or a new fitness challenge, this is your time to set clear, actionable intentions.
We alternate between a guided jog and a group hike so you can choose pace, connect with others, and leave energized and focused.
What to Expect:
