About this Event
Join Instruments of Healing and Everbalancing at Still Point Recovery Lounge for a two-hour experience centered on intention, gentle movement, and sound.
We’ll begin with a discussion led by Karessa on somatic work and how our experiences can affect the way we feel in our bodies. She’ll also explore the value of setting a compassionate intention when engaging in wellness practices, including the services offered at Still Point Recovery Lounge.
From there, Karessa will guide you through breathwork and gentle movement to help you connect with your body and prepare for a one-hour sound bath led by Cesar of Instruments of Healing. Allow the sounds and vibrations of the instruments to accompany you as you rest, reflect, and enjoy a moment for yourself.
This collaboration is part of Still Point Recovery Lounge’s grand opening celebration and is being offered at a special rate of $40 per participant.
Guests will also have access to exclusive grand opening specials on Still Point’s recovery and wellness services. The discounts will be revealed at the event, and any service booked that day will qualify for the promotional pricing—even if your appointment takes place on a later date.

~Instruments of Healing
A Sound Bath is a meditative experience in which you rest comfortably while a trained sound practitioner plays crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments. Despite the name, no water is involved you are “bathed” in layers of sound.
As the tones and vibrations move through the space, they create an immersive environment that can help quiet mental chatter, encourage slower breathing, and support deep relaxation. There is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or know beforehand. Simply get comfortable, close your eyes if you wish, and allow yourself to listen.
Every Sound Bath is unique. You may notice physical sensations, emotions, imagery, or simply a peaceful sense of stillness.
