🇬🇧
Join me on October 17 for a 90-minute contemporary dance class combining technical training with choreography.
The first part of the class will focus on preparing the body, coordination, dynamics, spatial awareness, and different movement qualities. We will then continue with a choreographic phrase, working not only on technical precision, but also on flow, musicality, and individual performance.
The aim is not simply to learn choreography, but to develop a more conscious, free, and personal approach to movement.
