200 Hour YTT over 4 weeks
Your training home for the course is Pasithea Yoga Studio in Cheltenham Film Studios, a proper working studio space in the heart of the Cotswolds, with the room to move, the quiet to think, and no need to travel far each day. With free onsite parking, and a cafe...all you ned to think about is you and your course.
Because the course is spread across 3 weeks, you'll get to know the space, your cohort, and your teacher properly — and you'll have real weekends in between each week to practise, rest, and let each module settle in before the next one begins.
Between weeks, you'll have guided assignments and ongoing support, so the learning doesn't stop when you leave the studio on Fridays.

Anatomy & Alignment
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, ethics, and the lineage you're becoming part of.
Philosophy & History
How to build a class that has a beginning, an arc, and a reason for existing.
Sequencing & theming
In-person practice giving and receiving adjustments, with real feedback in the room.
Hands-on adjustments
Breath and stillness practices you'll be confident guiding others through.
Pranayama & meditation
Cueing, voice, presence, and the confidence to hold space for a room of students.

We are different to other yoga schools, we continue to support you beyond your training! You will have the option to join us monthly, for our group sangha call (live online), where you'll meet fellow students and teachers. A safe space to ask for advice and support each other.
Plus, as this course is Yoga Alliance accredited, it's a gloabbaly recognised qualification, so you will be able to teach world wide!
