The Centered Self workshop series is designed to support balance, awareness and personal growth through guided reflection and experiential practices. This workshop is the capstone of Centered Self series, we will focus on Integration of all seven chakra to cultivate greater balance, awareness, and alignment throughout the body, mind, and spirit. Participants must have attended at least one other Centered Self workshop‍.This ensures everyone has a shared foundation.
