Integral Presence: A Map for Men in Relationship
The quality of our presence can amplify the depth of intimacy and connection we experience with our partners.
In fact, much of the conflict we experience in our relationships can be traced back to a lack of awareness in a specific area of our lives. Underneath that friction, there’s often an unmet demand to show up more fully.
Chances are, your partner is longing (perhaps unconsciously) to receive love from you in the form of grounded presence. When this longing is not met, arguments become more frequent, tempers easily flare up, and intimacy is gradually lost.
I have recently developed a tool to address just that. And am delighted to share it with you, to help your relationship flourish and thrive.
This tool combines Ken Wilber’s Integral Theory with reflections from 15+ years of devoted study of the human psyche. It also includes the insights and learnings of a decade-long relationship with a remarkable woman, who is now my wife and the mother of my son. I called it the "Integral Presence Inventory".
The purpose of this tool is simple: to help you identify the areas of your relationship with the greatest potential for growth.

What to expect
This is a practical, hands-on workshop, not a lecture on integral theory.
I will briefly introduce the Integral Presence Inventory – which we will then use to create a deeper understanding of what is calling for your attention.
We will engage in a collective inquiry, where we look at patterns and share insights with other men, sharpening and enriching each other's awareness.
We will then explore practices and frameworks to deepen your presence in your relationship (and beyond). These include meditation and breathwork practices to help you ground your body and become more fully rooted in the moment.
Expect to leave the workshop with greater awareness and the tools to elevate your relationship to new heights of freedom and love.

About the facilitator | Dr. Marco Colnaghi
I am a transformational life and leadership coach, meditation teacher, and university lecturer. My clients range from PhDs and researchers from top universities and tech companies to mission-driven entrepreneurs.
I have a PhD in complex systems science from University College London and 10+ years of leadership and research experience in world-class universities. My research has focused on complex systems, game theory, and evolutionary psychology, with publications in leading scientific journals.
Alongside my academic work, I have trained in contemplative practices for over 15 years, across different traditions and teachers. I am also involved in research on meditation and its effects on mind and body, and have designed and taught courses on consciousness, meditation, and philosophy.
My approach combines these domains in a powerful blend of analytical clarity and embodied wisdom.
