Spend an evening with live hip-hop and contemporary art at The Suffolk Center during Intalek & Friends on Saturday, October 17.Intalek takes the stage in the 500-seat Birdsong Theater with Illien Rosewell and Respect the Gods, while The Suffolk Center’s award-winning galleries remain open throughout the event.
A Short Story by Intalek will be on view, pairing Short Story’s mixed-media artwork with an original rap EP by Intalek. Scan the artwork with your phone to hear the tracks connected to each piece. Work by Jazzmyn Ellis, Mara-Lynn Addison, Savannah Kerrick, Ladré Imon Daniels, and Justin White will also be on view throughout the galleries, alongside local artist vendors set up for the evening.
Intalek & Friends is offering an after-hours way to experience the The Suffolk Center galleries alongside a full live performance in the Birdsong Theater.
