Program OverviewDuration: 8 Weeks
Eligibility: Current students with a strong foundation in their primary dance genre and an interest in teaching
Program Goal: Develop confident, knowledgeable instructors who can effectively teach, manage a classroom, represent the studio professionally, and contribute to student growth.
Weekly Commitment
1. Regular Training Classes: Participants continue attending their normal weekly training classes in their selected dance genre(s).
2. Weekly Instructor Development Session (1 Hour)
3. Weekly Practical Workshop (1 Hour)

Monthly Professional Development Intensive
One Mandatory Session Per Month (2-3 Hours)
These sessions focus on the professional side of being an instructor.
