About this Event
Join VRA Capital for breakfast, real project stories, and an open conversation about a more passive way to participate in real estate—without the day-to-day responsibilities of being a landlord.
Steven Seymour and the VRA Capital team will explain how private real estate lending works, what VRA reviews before funding a loan, how loans are monitored, and what prospective investors should understand before deciding whether this approach may fit their goals.
WHAT WE WILL COVER
- How private real estate lending differs from owning and managing rental property
- How VRA evaluates real estate-backed lending opportunities
- How loans are structured and monitored
- Lessons from selected completed and active project stories
- How accredited investors can continue the conversation
- Questions with the VRA Capital team
