About this Event
Most property tours begin when the work is done. Inside the Build shows you the decisions behind the finished home.
On Saturday, November 14, join Hector Rosero, CEO of Pilla Investments, for a guided bus tour of real residential development projects in Bergen County. At the properties, Hector will explain how the team evaluates a site, shapes the design, coordinates construction, and makes decisions as the work moves forward. You’ll see the projects in person and have room to ask questions.
What to expect:
• A guided ride and on-site stops at Pilla projects
• The reasoning behind design and construction choices
• A firsthand view of the work beyond listing photos
You don’t need real-estate or construction experience. Come curious and ready to walk the properties.
Start 9 AM on November 14. Meet at Nu World Title, 301 Route 17 N, Rutherford. Registered guests will receive final arrival instructions before the event.
