Inner Waves Sound Bath is a guided sound experience led by Hope Chovan, a holistic practitioner and sound bath facilitator with a background in clinical hypnotherapy. Gentle layers of sound create space to slow down, unplug, and settle into deep rest.During the hour, you’ll simply listen, breathe, and allow the sounds to move around you. Sound baths can offer a chance to step away from the noise of everyday life, release tension, and reconnect with a sense of presence. There is nothing to do, achieve, or get right.
No experience with meditation or sound baths is needed. Come comfortable and give yourself permission to rest.
When: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays, 6:30 PMWhat to bring: Water and comfortable clothes. Props are provided.
