About this Event
This sound meditation is designed to guide you inward beyond the noise of daily life and into deeper connection with your inner clarity, strength, and light.
Through a blend of guided meditation, breath awareness, and crystal singing bowl sound healing, we are gently supporting our nervous systems in shifting from doing into being.
As the vibrations of the bowls move through the body, they encourage deep relaxation while creating space for insight, emotional release, and energetic alignment.
During this experience, you may:
- Enter a deeply relaxed, meditative state
- Release stress and tension held in the body
- Experience greater emotional clarity and energetic balance
- Reconnect with your inner guidance and sense of possibility
Each session in the Inner Light Activation series is unique, responding to the energy of the group and the moment.
What to Bring & How to Prepare
To support your comfort and relaxation during the experience, please come prepared with the following:
- Clothing that feels soft, cozy, and grounding
- Optional: A pillow and blanket to stay warm and comfortable as your body fully relaxes
Please arrive at 6:05 to settle into the space and prepare for your journey. We will begin promptly at 6:15.
No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is needed. Simply bring an open heart and a willingness to receive. This is a space to remember and reconnect with the light that already lives within you.
