About this Event

A Conversation on the Psychology of Identity

Join a professor and psychological expert for Becoming You: The Psychology Behind Who You Are, an insightful exploration into the forces that shape identity, personality, and the self. Together, we’ll examine how genetics, early experiences, culture, and social environments interact to influence who you are today—and who you’re becoming. From inherited traits to lived experiences, this session unpacks the complex psychology behind how identity is formed and expressed.

This isn’t your typical self-discovery talk. It’s a thoughtful, engaging, and interactive experience designed to help you reflect more deeply on your own development. Through real-life examples, guided reflection, and psychological frameworks, we’ll explore how personality takes shape, how external expectations influence the self, and how to better understand the patterns that define you. You’ll also gain practical insights and strategies for aligning with your most authentic self—honoring every part of your story.

Don’t miss this opportunity to better understand the psychology behind who you are and connect with your After5Society.
