INTERFAITH DIALOGUE: Building Bridges of Peace, Understanding and Unity
In these challenging and rapidly changing times, interfaith dialogue is more important than ever. When differences in faith, culture, and beliefs can easily become sources of division, dialogue creates a space for listening, mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation. By coming together across religious traditions, we affirm our shared humanity and discover common values that can strengthen peace, compassion, and unity in our communities and in the world.
Brahma Kumaris Philippines and UniHarmony Partners Manila warmly invite you to a morning of meaningful conversation and reflection on Monday, September 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Somerset Central Salcedo, Makati.
The program brings together respected leaders from diverse faith traditions:
* Bishop Mel Rey Uy – Chairperson, CBCP Episcopal Commission for Ecumenical Affairs
* Rev. Fr. Carlos Reyes – Minister for Interreligious and Ecumenical Affairs, Archdiocese of Manila
* Imam Ebra M. Moxsir Al-Haj – President, Imam Council of the Philippines
* Elder Bryan Borela – Area Seventy, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints; President, Help Start Education Foundation–Philippines
The dialogue will be moderated by Pablito Baybado, Ph.D., Coordinator, UniHarmony Partners Manila; Associate Secretary General, Religions for Peace Asia (ACRP); and Lecturer, Institute of Religion, University of Santo Tomas.
