Autumn has a way of showing us what can no longer come with us.
The season turns, the light changes, the trees begin releasing what they spent months creating, and we’re invited to notice what has reached that same point within ourselves.
**Autumn Alchemy is an embodied journey into that threshold.**
Through deep, earthy rhythms and bass that pulls you out of your thoughts and back into your body, we’ll explore the places where you may still be holding on. The tension. The old energy. The emotions that never quite found somewhere to go. The parts of you that have been managing, containing, performing, or carrying more than they want to carry anymore.
You don’t have to explain any of it here.
You get to move it.
Let your feet find the floor. Let the rhythm get underneath your thinking mind. Let your body shake, stomp, sway, spiral, soften, rage, play, sweat, stretch, collapse, rise, and surprise you.
There is something powerful about giving the body enough space to finish what the mind has been circling for months.
We spend so much of our lives trying to understand ourselves through words. Ecstatic dance offers another doorway. Your body has its own intelligence, its own timing, and its own way of knowing when something is complete.
This journey is an invitation to meet whatever is present without trying to make it prettier, quieter, more reasonable, or easier for anyone else to understand.
Autumn reminds us that release can be beautiful without being tidy.
A leaf does not negotiate with the branch when its season is over.
There is no choreography and no expectation that your movement look a certain way. You might barely move for part of the journey, or you might find yourself taking up more space than you have allowed yourself in a very long time. Both belong.
Come curious about what your body already knows.
Come ready to gather what this season has given you, loosen your grip on what has run its course, and let movement turn something heavy into something usable.

Just music, movement, community, and enough space to hear yourself underneath the noise.
