Together, we will explore the inner development goals and how they affect our businesses, communities and lives to solve real world problems
About this Event

Join us on Thursday September 14th for an inspiring and empowering session to reflect on your experiences and challenges with peers who are passionate about creating impact.

Together, we will explore the Inner Development Goals and how they affect our businesses, communities and lives, and how the impact sector can advance the work to be done.

“Solving the toughest global challenges requires an inner roadmap that ensures the well-being for all.”

In this first session we will use the Inner Development Goals as a framework to discuss the systemic issues facing women in today’s business world. With interactive sessions and presentations, you will collaborate with and hear from a diverse group of women. Attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of complex social issues, ideas for effective implementation for positive impact, and inspiration and support from what their peers are working on.

Don't miss this opportunity to share, learn and connect.

What are the Inner Development Goals?

The IDGs will provide an essential framework of transformative skills for sustainable development, a field-kit (in co-creation now) on how to develop these necessary skills - open source and free for all to use. The current IDGs framework represents 5 dimensions and 23 skills and qualities which are especially crucial for leaders who address SDGs, but fundamentally for all of us!  It is the greatest possible accelerator to reach the Sustainable Development Goals and create a prosperous future for all humanity.

You should attend if you are:

  • Working at a B Corp or are an aspiring B Corp
  • A woman working in the sustainability, impact or social enterprise space
  • Already have or are interested in building a social impact mission for your business
  • An Entrepreneur or employee for a for-profit or non-profit working on impact-focused projects
  • Excited to share your vision and the social impact solutions you are working on
  • Looking to connect and collaborate with others to grow
  • Keen to participate in a series of candid conversations (this is the first of many discussions on topics that can be solved using the Inner Development Goals)

This event will be facilitated by Karen Kwong, London-based organisational psychologist and coach for entrepreneurs and executives, and Davina Ho, well-being and sustainable finance expert.
