Because the next session is already fully booked, I wanted to open bookings early for the following Sound Bath:
� Sunday 20th September
� Inkberrow Village Hall
� 7:00pm–8:00pm (arrival from 6:45pm)
If you’ve been meaning to come along, I’d encourage you to book ahead.
These sessions offer an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and spend an hour nurturing your wellbeing. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, deep gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative experience designed to help calm the mind, release tension from the body and support nervous system regulation.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, something comfortable to lie on, and a willingness to receive.
