Greetings, Earthlings Our ship has crashed in downtown Springfield, Mo. Long-range sensors indicate a seasonal Earth ritual known as "Halloween" is approaching. To study your strange customs-and inject permanent dye into your epidermis-we are hosting a gathering.
We have prepared an array of permanent flash symbols for your meat suits. However, to bypass our atmospheric security sensors, you must disguise your human form in a costume. Failure to do so may result in accidental abduction. (Or just looking like a total party pooper).

The Protocol: Costumes are highly encouraged. Hand rendered flash tattoos are first-come, first-served. Prices vary based on experience. Permanent Jeweler and Hat Bar in house.
