Come unwind with me for an evening sound bath, timed to the lunar cycle. I play the singing bowls directly on your body while you rest under infrared light with magnesium.
Before we begin, I cleanse each bowl and you choose a magnesium body butter scent for your feet and body. We close with a cup of my wild-foraged tea.
Afterwards, you are welcome to stay for a soak in our magnesium hot tub. It is entirely optional, my wellness gift to you.
Good to know: 7:00 to 8:30 pm, small group of 7 guests max. Please arrive 15 minutes early, as latecomers can't be seated once the session begins. Tickets are nonrefundable and can't be moved to another date, just like a concert ticket. Wear something comfortable.
About the magnesium
Magnesium has been part of my life for over 20 years, and I make everything at Mila Earth by hand with my family. I grew up near Prague, in the land of healing springs and spas, where people have soaked in mineral-rich waters for generations. That same ritual is at the heart of this evening.
During your sound bath you will be wrapped in magnesium: my handmade magnesium body butter on your feet and body, and afterwards our magnesium hot tub if you would like a soak.
My magnesium bath flakes let you bring this ritual home. Just add a cup to a warm bath, light a candle and take your time. The bath flakes, body butters and magnesium oils are right there in the same space, and as a guest you get 10% off anything you take home that evening.
