The competition is open to all people under 18 years old in Canada, with the objective being to identify a real-world problem and build an OpenClaw Skill to solve it. AI coding and tools are welcome and encouraged, as long as participants are able to demonstrate thorough understanding of their own code.
Chosen finalists will be invited to an in-person final event to demonstrate their OpenClaw Skills in front of judges and a live audience. Winners will be determined mainly by judge voting and partially by audience voting.
The recipient(s) of the Best Innovation Award will be awarded with a $650 Dell Precision laptop, while other award winners will also receive their prize.
A registration fee of $15-$20 is required to enter the competition, but it is free to join our optional Competition Information Sessions on October 3 and October 10, 2026 at 1:00 PM, taking place at , to learn about the competition, participation requirements, submission process and judging.
