This is a hands-on series for parents and their babies 0-12 months old, designed to fit naturally into the rhythm of early parenthood. We meet weekly for 5 weeks, learning a little more each time — and always leaving space for your questions, your stories, and your baby's mood that day.
Each week we explore a new part of the body:
- Week 1 — Legs and feet; learning to ask permission and read your baby's cues
- Week 2 — Belly and chest; gentle strokes to release gas and colic and support a crying baby
- Week 3 — Arms, hands, and face; talking about benefits of infant massage
- Week 4 — Back; adapting strokes to your growing child
- Week 5 — The complete routine; adding songs and rhymes to the massage, and learning some gentle movement
Along the way, we talk about what it feels like to be a new parent, how touch builds trust between you and your baby, and how a simple daily ritual can become a moment of calm in a busy day. You are not just learning to massage your baby — you are supported here too. Babies come as they are — sleepy, wiggly, or wide awake — and every family is welcome. This is a baby-led class. Dolls are available to practice on if your baby is not ready to be massaged.
It really is one of the loveliest things you can do with your baby in those early months.
