Our first indoor soccer skills and conditioning program is a 6 week program 2 evenings a week Monday & Wednesday from 6pm to 7pm available to all soccer players from U9 and older that are looking for an opportunity to develop their own individual soccer skills and get fitter, stronger and faster doing it. This is NOT futsal it is a 12 hour coaching program that is guaranteed to improve your soccer players stamina, fitness, ball control and skill and help to prevent future injury.
