Got a business or entrepreneurial idea you’ve always wanted to bring to life? Are you a young woman aged 18-24?
Yes! YES! Awesome.
We want to help you. This 2.5 day workshop will take you through a series of masterclasses and mentor sessions with women who have done it all before.
When you leave, you will be able to:
- Build your own brand
- Nail an elevator pitch
- and have a shiny new business model
We will also give you the tricks and tips you need to enter the Kickstarter Challenge which has game changing prizes like:
- $60,000 worth of seed funding
- The chance to pitch your business to the decision makers in Canberra, Shark Tank style
- Be connected with a mentor in your field to help you continue your business journey
If you don't have an idea yet, that's okay! On the Friday night we'll divide the group up into those with and those without an idea so we can support everyone to participate.
6:00pm - 8:00pm - Friday, 13th August 2021 (Kickstarter)
10:00am-4:00pm - Saturday, 14th August 2021 (Incubator Workshops)
10:00am-4:00pm - Sunday, 15 August 2021 (Incubator Workshops)
We hope this event can go ahead face to face, but if not they are all able to be run online. We will update participants accordingly.

The Enterprising Women Incubator Workshops are delivered by the experienced team at Young Change Agents (YCA), a not for profit social enterprise empowering young people to reframe problems as opportunities. Young women that have participated in YCA workshops before have gone on to raise money to create prototypes and bring their ideas to life.
