Breaking AI into Mountjoy J*il, Unlocking the "Phantom 7th County" - a talent pool of 85,000—larger than the entire workforce of Tipperary. Is it time to house the homebuilders? Will more folks build infrastructure back home, if we home them first?

Anne Gaskin Roe (Apprenticeship Development Manager at ESB Networks) leverages 35 years of experience to drive inclusive, impactful programmes. Recognized by the National Apprenticeship Office, she has significantly increased diverse participation and female representation through strategic leadership and talent initiatives.
Caroline McGrotty (ESB’s Accessibility Specialist and Access Officer) brings 18+ years of expertise to support employees and customers with disabilities. Formerly with AHEAD, she holds a Masters in Deaf Education and champions inclusive workplace cultures through expert recruitment, training, and guidance.
Amy Martin, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Partner at Sisk, drives strategic initiatives focusing on gender equality, neurodiversity, and inclusive leadership. She also founded The Future Is Hers, a platform providing career coaching and mentorship to empower women navigating professional growth and change.
