Join us for an extended workshop focused on Incident Command Structure (ICS) in Schools and emergency preparedness.
This workshop will bring together school site leaders, school district safety leads, fire department representatives, School Resource Officers (SROs), and emergency management professionals to strengthen collaboration, clarify emergency response roles, and practice coordination during a school emergency.

9:00 – 11:30 AM | Incident Command Structure Workshop
Explore the Incident Command Structure and how it can be applied in a school setting to support an organized and coordinated emergency response.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Lunch
12:00 – 1:00 PM | Emergency Operations Center Tabletop Exercise
Participate in a tabletop exercise focused on emergency coordination and response through an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) framework.
