About this Event
Experiences by Melanated Sunflower presents Incense & Iridescence, a hands-on creative experience inspired by the moody, magical feel of the movie Practical Magic with a little ’90s R&B energy mixed in.
Guests will set their intentions as they create their own hand-rolled botanical incense using a curated selection of herbs and aromatic ingredients, customize a Palo Santo stick with their choice of herbal blend, and transform a natural oyster shell into a one-of-a-kind iridescent incense holder using an assortment of pearl and crystal round beads.
All materials are provided, along with light refreshments. Everything you create is yours to take home.
Costumes are encouraged to add to the October fun, but are completely optional. ✨
Please note: Your handmade incense and Palo Santo will need time to fully dry before burning. Allow approximately 48–72 hours, or longer if they still feel damp. Your oyster shell should also remain undisturbed until the adhesive has fully cured.
