InBodyDance: The Art of Movement ConferenceA Living Lab of Embodied Intelligence inspired by Zouk, Contact & Connection
One container. One group. One unfolding journey.
Four days of embodied inquiry into movement, connection, and relational intelligence
Guided by world leaders, held in depth, lived together.
InBodyDance is not a festival.
There are no parallel tracks,
no rushing between rooms,
no fragmented experiences.
This is a four-day journey
one collective container
where we move together,
learn together,
and deepen together.
Across the days, the inquiry unfolds progressively. Each session builds on the last, inviting the group into increasing levels of sensitivity, connection, trust, and embodied intelligence. What is explored in the morning echoes in the afternoon. What is felt on day one becomes refined by day four.
Guided by world leaders in Zouk, Contact Improvisation, and relational movement, we enter the depths of movement as a shared language - where listening precedes action, where connection is trained, and where the body becomes a site of awareness rather than performance.
This is a space for slowing down; for staying with experience long enough for something real to emerge.
Through structured labs, guided explorations, and collective practice, we journey:
• from individual embodiment into relational flow
• from technique into perception
• from form into living connection
There will be an additional and optional 5th day for advanced zouk dancers who want to go deeper into advanced zouk practices.
