On behalf of Buckskin Babes Urban Moose Hide Tanning Collective, Press Start Coop and the South-West Borough we invite you to the upcoming inauguration of Parc Ionkwaria’arò:ron - meaning we have gathered in Kanien’kéha - the first permanent Indigenous outdoor hide tanning cultural hub of its kind here in Tiohtià:ke.Where: Parc Ionkwatia’tarò:ron, Bâtiment 7. 1900 Rue Le Ber. H3K 2A4.
When: Saturday October 3rd, 2026. 11am - 5pm.

We will inaugurate this space through community gathering and musical performances featuring special guest 2026 Juno Nominated Artist Siibii and the renowned talent DJ Pøptrt 💗✨
We are pleased to announce we will be unveiling public Artworks supporting by Art Public Montréal and La Biennale d’art contemporain autochtone (BACA), featuring the talented Indigenous visual artists Meky Ottawa (Atikamekw) and Tahothoratie Cross(Kanien'kehá:ka)! Including the ArtPublix works featuring photos of Hide Camp by Craig Commanda (Algonquin).
Our afternoon of celebration will include an Indigenous Makers Market with local First Nations, Inuit and Mètis vendors featuring hand made goods of all kinds ~ from art, beadwork, wellness and apothecary offerings and more!

Nous inaugurerons cet espace dans le cadre d’un rassemblement communautaire et de prestations musicales mettant en vedette l’artiste Siibii, nominé aux prix Juno 2026, ainsi que le célèbre DJ Pøptrt 💗✨

Notre après-midi de célébration comprendra un marché d’artisans autochtones avec des vendeurs locaux des Premières Nations, inuits et métis proposant des produits artisanaux de toutes sortes ~ allant de l’art aux perles, en passant par des produits de bien-être, d’herboristerie et bien plus encore!
