Join us for a special seven-course dinner celebrating local produce, native ingredients, regional flavours and food with a deeper connection to community and Country.A distinctive group of Western Australian chefs and food makers will take guests on a journey from local sourdough and grass-finished beef through Thai flavours, seasonal and regeneratively grown produce, Australian native ingredients and contemporary techniques, before finishing with dessert and a cheese course.
Each course will be accompanied by a local wine or spirit pairing.
The evening brings together Vincenzo Velletri of Il Paiolo Events Catering, Joanne Colijn-Dew, Dao Thanasothorn of Baan Baan, Tyrell Stoodley of Amaro Retreat, Daniel Lyndon of Bimba Foods, and Nik and Em Flack of The FLACKYARD.
Local contributors include Coral Coast Beef, Empire Pastry, Hills Seafood and La Delizia Latticini.

Your ticket includes the seven-course collaborative dining experience and a local wine or spirit pairing with each course.
A vegetarian menu can be accommodated. Please include your request when booking. Other dietary requirements, allergies or menu substitutions cannot be accommodated.
Profits from the dinner will support the Slow Food Snail Kids Program, an educational school initiative that gives children opportunities to discover where food comes from, meet the people behind it, and experience food traditions and skills through hands-on learning.
