Since we launched Fight CMD following our daughter, Betsy's, diagnosis with Congenital Muscular Dystrophy, we have been blown away be the support from our friends, family and community.Our community has helped us raise nearly $200,000 so far! These funds have enabled our research team to begin developing treatment prototypes to target the genetic root cause of B3GALNT2-Related CMD.
Now, the work turns to funding phase two of our research program! This stage involves rigorous testing in cellular and animal models to determine the optimal dosage and measure safety of a potential therapeutic.
