On October 9th, join you community in an awareness event for World Mental Health Day. "In Unity" is all about gathering together, hearing each others voices, listening to lived experience, and breathing collective health back into our community. At a time when division and conflict are everyday norms, our mental health struggles more than we ever really talk about. This event is made to facilitate those conversations and speak openly about the silent challenges that affect us all.
We invite presenters, community-led activities, performances of any kind, volunteers, and service providers to join us from 3:00 to 7:00 at the KPAC (Kiwanis Performing Arts Centre) on October 9th.
