Are you looking for a community to explore spiritual topics together, meditate, and share in a respectful, welcoming atmosphere? We invite you to attend our monthly Sacred Circle at 5 Koshas with Debby Krenz, Certified Angel Guide, Angel Tarot Reader, Crystal Reader and Reiki Level 3 Practitioner.*What is the main intention of these monthly sessions?
The main focus of our Sacred Circles is to connect with each other in a safe, supportive environment as we learn and grow together.
*What activities await you within the sacred circle?
-Experience connection, group meditation, and spiritual topics of interest
-Time will open for discussion, questions, and sharing
-Begin and end with grounding, calming meditations for harmony and balance
-Expect to leave feeling light-hearted and ready for your day
-Receive handouts with valuable information to take home, as well as resource information for optional further study

-Class Intention & Meditation Focus: Using Crystals as a Tool in Meditation
-Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, come learn how crystals can deepen your inner connection and enhance peace. I will provide a selection of crystals to borrow, or you may bring your own favorite stone. Informational handouts and resources will also be provided.

*Price: This monthly gathering offers a tiered registration available with the intention of equitable access. We are all part of a community, each with varied access to resources. We work together to fairly compensate our teacher. Please choose a level that feels right to you between $10 – $25.
