Sometimes the issue isn’t that something is wrong, but that conversations have begun to feel effortful. You say the right things, show up, stay thoughtful, and still leave interactions feeling a little unseen or oddly tired. Many people want more real contact, more ease, more aliveness with others, without fixing themselves or performing to get there.
This monthly Authentic Relating gathering is an invitation to explore a different way of being together. You’ll be guided through simple, structured games and conversational exercises, often one-on-one or in small groups, with clear prompts and boundaries. The focus is on noticing what’s actually happening in you and between you and others, moment by moment. No therapy talk. No pressure to share personal history. Participation is always consent-based. Expect depth, yes, but also curiosity, lightness, and moments of genuine play. Laughter shows up here more often than people expect.
If you’re curious about relating with less effort and more honesty, you’re welcome to join us. You don’t need prior experience, special insight, or a certain personality type. Come as you are, participate at your own pace, and see what it’s like to spend an evening in conversation that feels both grounded and human. If it resonates, great. If not, you’ll still likely leave with a clearer sense of how you move through connection, and maybe a few unexpected moments of fun along the way.
