This workshop teaches low-cost energy-saving techniques for renters and homeowners alike. Learn how to save money and energy, stop drafts, and prevent mold. Qualified participants will receive a free kit of materials to lower energy costs and stay warmer in their homes during the colder months. To receive a free kit of materials, you must live in Multnomah County and your income must be at or below 80% of the Portland area median income.
